All our stamps are made to order in-house. We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 1 week for production. During busier periods and holidays, this may take slightly longer.

Once your order is made and ready, shipping typically take 2-5 working days.

Proof requests need to be made in the comments box on the final checkout
page. We will not start production of your order until the artwork has
been approved. Please note that this will delay production time.

We offer a 14 day return window from when you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition in which they were sold. Personalised items are excluded from this policy unless they are faulty.

Pre-inked stamps, are an advanced type of stamp that produce crisp, detailed prints. Instead of needing a separate inkpad, the stamp has ink built into a sponge-like pad beneath the surface. This special gel-based material releases ink evenly through the design each time it's used. Pre-inked stamps can typically create thousands or impressions before needing a refill. To get the clearest results, apply gentle pressure rather than pressing down quickly or forcefully.

Your stamps will arrived pre-inked ready to go. They will last with this ink for many impressions (likely in the 1000s). However should the ink start to fade we offer refills.

Unfortunately after your once your stamp is filled with a specific colour we do not recommend attempting to refill with a different colour. The inks will mix and produce undesirable results.
