Frequently asked questions
Delivery, returns, refills and everything else teachers ask us most.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All our stamps are made to order here in Scotland. Please allow 5 working days for your order to be made before it is sent. During busy spells and school holidays this can take a little longer, we will email you if there are any delays.
Once your order is made, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. From placing your order to it landing on your doormat, allow around 7–10 working days in total. Full details are on our shipping policy page.
Do you deliver to Ireland or outside the UK?
Not at the moment. Recent regulatory changes in the EU mean we are currently unable to ship to Ireland or internationally. We are working on reopening those destinations. Join our newsletter and we will let you know as soon as we can deliver to you again.
How do I check the status of my order?
We process your order in-house within 5 working days. Once it ships you will get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it on its way. If you would rather just ask, email support@myteachersays.com.
Can I return a stamp if it is not right?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you would like to return it, and items must come back in the condition they were sold in. Please contact us within that window and before sending anything back. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, which we will agree with you in advance. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of your return arriving and being approved.
Can I return a personalised stamp?
Personalised stamps are made specifically for you, so we cannot accept them back unless they are defective or faulty. If something is wrong with yours, get in touch and we will put it right.
My order arrived damaged or something is missing. What should I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your name, your order details and photographs of the problem. The photos let us sort it out quickly without sending anything back and forth.
Are your stamps refillable?
Yes, every stamp we make is refillable, so it does not become landfill when the ink runs low. Refill ink is available separately in the same colours as the stamps. Please note that you can only refill your stamp using the same ink colour as it was originally. You cannot change the ink colour using refill ink.
Can my school order and pay by invoice?
Yes. Schools and organisations can order by invoice. We confirm the order and any artwork with you first, then email your school an invoice, payable by bank transfer. Once payment has been received in full we begin making your stamps: please allow 5 working days for production, plus delivery. We are happy to include your purchase order reference on the invoice.
