UK Shipping

  • £3.50 Standard Shipping
  • £4.50 Tracked Shipping

FREE shipping for orders over £50 (automatically applied at the check out). Only available in the UK.

For all tracked orders a tracking number will be provided. Tracking updates will be available if you provide an email and contact number.

Once shipped, your order will normally take between 2-5 working days to arrive.

Ireland Shipping

We charge a flat rate of only £6 per order to ship to Ireland. £12 for tracked.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.

Returns

We offer a 14 day return window from when you receive your order. The items must be returned in their original condition

For personalised items, unfortunately we cannot accept returns unless they are defective or faulty.

If you are not happy with your order, please let us know by email

(zoe@myteachersays.com) within 7 days of receiving. Please include your name, order details and photographs of the issue in the email to ensure we may assist you further.

Please note that items must be returned 'as new'. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund if you are out with these requirements.
